Walking
If you are starting from the historic center of Genoa (Piazza De Ferrari), head southeast towards Via Giuseppe Garibaldi. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Via San Lorenzo, where you will see the stunning Cathedral of San Lorenzo. From there, proceed towards the port area by following the signs for 'Porto Antico' (Old Port). Once you reach the waterfront, walk along the promenade until you see the Aquarium of Genoa, located at Ponte Spinola. The walk should take around 20 minutes.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Piazza De Ferrari, walk to the nearest bus stop (Darsena). Take bus number 1 towards 'Piazza della Vittoria' and get off at 'Aquarium'. The journey takes about 15 minutes. After getting off, follow the signs towards 'Acquario di Genova', which will lead you directly to the entrance.

From the nearest metro station, 'De Ferrari', take the metro line D (Direction: Brin) and get off at 'Darsena'. Upon exiting the station, walk towards the waterfront and follow the signs to the Aquarium of Genoa. It is approximately a 5-minute walk from the metro station to the aquarium.
