Walking
If you are starting from the central area of Genoa, head to the main square, Piazza de Ferrari. From there, walk towards Via XX Settembre, one of the main shopping streets. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Giuseppe Mazzini. Turn right onto Corso Giuseppe Mazzini and keep walking for about 1.5 kilometers. From the Genoa Brignole Train Station, take bus number 35 in the direction of 'Nervi'. Get off at the stop named 'Corso Mazzini'. Once you exit the bus, walk back along Corso Mazzini for about 300 meters. The Bastione di Santa Caterina will be on your left side. Follow the signs to reach the entrance.
