From the heart of Prè, head towards Via di Prè and walk straight. You will soon come to the intersection with Via Garibaldi. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront area, where you will see signs directing you to the Porto Antico area.

Follow the pathway along the water, and soon you will see the entrance to the Aquarium of Genoa directly in front of you at Ponte Spinola.
