Getting There

  • Walking

    From the heart of Prè, head towards Via di Prè and walk straight. You will soon come to the intersection with Via Garibaldi. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront area, where you will see signs directing you to the Porto Antico area.

    Once you reach the waterfront, look for the large red building known as 'Cotone' (the Cotton Warehouse). This is a well-known landmark and situated near the entrance to the Aquarium. Follow the pathway along the water, and soon you will see the entrance to the Aquarium of Genoa directly in front of you at Ponte Spinola.

    Alternatively, if you prefer a quicker route, you can take the bus. From Prè, walk to the nearest bus stop on Via di Prè and take bus number 1, which heads to 'Darsena'. After a short ride, get off at the 'Darsena' stop, and you will be just a short walk away from the Aquarium. The bus fare is approximately €1.50.
