To reach the Museo della Ceramica di Savona from Genoa, start at Genova Piazza Principe train station. Purchase a ticket to Savona from the ticket machines or the ticket counter. Trains to Savona run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes around 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Savona train station, exit the station and turn left onto Via della Repubblica. Walk straight until you reach the first intersection, then take a right onto Corso Mazzini. Continue straight until you reach the main square, Piazza Sisto IV.

From Piazza Sisto IV, head towards Via Ambrogio Aonzo. Turn right onto Via Ambrogio Aonzo and continue walking. The Museo della Ceramica di Savona will be located on your left at Palazzo Monte di Pietà, Via Ambrogio Aonzo, 9. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from the train station to the museum.

Alternatively, from Savona train station, you can take bus number 1 or 2 from the bus stop located outside the station. The buses run frequently and will take you closer to the museum. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Sisto IV' and proceed by walking as described in the previous walking instructions. The bus journey is about 10 minutes.
