Walking
From the center of Herculaneum, head to the main street, Corso Resina. Walk east towards the Herculaneum Archaeological site. After exploring the site, exit and continue walking east until you reach the train station, Ercolano Scavi. Take the Circumvesuviana train line towards Sorrento. Get off at the Vietri sul Mare stop. Once you exit the train station, turn left and walk towards Via San Giovanni. Follow the road until you see the Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Giovanni Battista at Via San Giovanni, 18.

From Herculaneum, make your way to the Ercolano Scavi train station. Purchase a ticket for the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. Upon arrival at the Vietri sul Mare station, exit the station and turn left. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Via San Giovanni. The Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Giovanni Battista will be on your right at Via San Giovanni, 18.
