From the central area of Herculaneum, start at the Herculaneum Archaeological Park entrance. Head northeast on Via IV Novembre until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn left onto Via Roma and continue straight until you reach the bus stop at Piazza della Repubblica. Take the SITA bus towards Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino stop. From the bus stop, walk east on Corso Vittorio Emanuele III for about 10 minutes, then turn left onto SP2b. Continue walking for a few minutes until you reach Punto Panoramico via Esterna Chiunzi, located at SP2b, 3-12.

Begin your journey at the Herculaneum train station (Stazione di Ercolano). From there, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. After two stops, get off at the Scafati station. Here, switch to a SITA bus heading towards Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino. The bus ride will take around 15-20 minutes. Disembark at the Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino stop. Next, walk east on Corso Vittorio Emanuele III for about 10 minutes, and then turn left onto SP2b. Continue walking until you reach Punto Panoramico via Esterna Chiunzi at SP2b, 3-12.
