Walking
If you are starting from the main entrance of the archaeological site of Pompeii, head towards the Porta Marina Superiore which is the closest exit. Once you reach the exit, turn left and walk along Via Villa dei Misteri for about 300 meters. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via dell'Abbondanza. From there, continue straight for another 100 meters until you see the Porta Marina Superiore entrance on your right.

Walking
If you are at the Circumvesuviana Pompeii Station, exit the station and take a left onto Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via dell'Abbondanza. Turn right and walk along Via dell'Abbondanza for about 200 meters. Then, turn left onto Via Porta Marina and continue until you reach the Porta Marina Superiore.

From the Pompeii town center, head towards the Basilica located on Via Sacra. Once you reach the Basilica, continue on Via Sacra until you reach the intersection with Via dell'Abbondanza. Turn right onto Via dell'Abbondanza and walk straight for about 400 meters. At the next intersection, turn left onto Via Porta Marina and follow it to the Porta Marina Superiore.
