Walking
From Herculaneum, head towards the Herculaneum train station (Stazione di Ercolano). Once at the station, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Napoli and disembark at Napoli Garibaldi station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to Piazza Garibaldi and head towards Via Giuseppe Garibaldi. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Corso Umberto I. Turn left onto Corso Umberto I and walk straight until you reach Piazza San Gaetano. The entrance to Underground Naples is located at 69 Piazza San Gaetano.
Bus
From Herculaneum, walk to the nearest bus stop which is located on Corso Resina. Board the EAV bus line that goes to Naples. Notify the driver that you want to get off at Piazza Garibaldi. After getting off at Piazza Garibaldi, follow the signs to the train station and head towards Via Giuseppe Garibaldi. Continue walking until you reach Corso Umberto I, then turn left. Walk straight until you arrive at Piazza San Gaetano, where Underground Naples is located at number 69.
