If you are starting from the Lucca Train Station (Stazione di Lucca), exit the station and turn left onto Via Giuseppe Garibaldi. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn right onto Via Roma and walk until you reach the Piazza San Francesco. From there, follow Via San Francesco until it merges into Via della Cavallerizza. Continue walking until you reach Piazzale B. Ricasoli, where you will find the tour guide service.
