Getting There

    From the Lucca Train Station, exit the station and head towards Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi. Continue walking straight until you reach the historic city walls. Enter through the nearest gate (Porta San Pietro). Once inside the walls, follow the main road (Via Roma) as it curves left. After about 10 minutes, you will reach Piazza San Francesco, where the Chiesa di San Francesco is located on your right.
