The garden's name, derived from the area's historical designation as "Il Paradiso" (Paradise) on old maps, reflects its idyllic setting. The entrance bears the Latin motto "Hic Terminus Haeret," meaning "Here the boundaries connect," hinting at the park's magical and transformative atmosphere. In addition to the art, visitors can enjoy the garden's natural beauty, with olive trees, chestnut groves, and Mediterranean scrub creating a picturesque backdrop. The garden also houses Daniel Spoerri's home-laboratory and a restaurant serving traditional Tuscan cuisine.
