Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Maremma. Head towards the SS1 highway (Via Aurelia) and follow the signs for Porto Ercole. Once you reach Porto Ercole, continue to follow the signs for Feniglia. You will reach a fork; take the left road leading to Località Poggio Pertuso. Continue straight until you reach the parking area for Feniglia beach. Note that there may be a parking fee, usually around €5-€10 depending on the season.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Feniglia beach using public transportation, take a train to Orbetello station. From Orbetello, you can take a local bus (Line E) that goes to Porto Ercole. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may vary, especially on weekends. Once you arrive at Porto Ercole, you can walk to Feniglia beach by following the signs. The walk is approximately 30 minutes, so wear comfortable shoes.

• Bicycle

  For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Maremma and take the scenic route along the coast towards Feniglia. There are bike paths available, and the journey from Porto Ercole to Feniglia beach is about 5 km. Ensure you have a bike lock and be prepared for occasional uphill sections.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can also take a taxi from your location in Maremma directly to Feniglia beach. This option is convenient, especially if you are traveling with a group or have beach gear. Taxi fares can range from €20 to €40 depending on your starting point.
