From the center of Riccia, take the SS212 in the direction of Benevento. The drive is short, and you'll find the Bosco Mazzocca a few kilometers outside of town. Parking is available at a rest area near the entrance. Parking is free.

Bosco Mazzocca, a verdant oasis near Riccia, extends over 450 hectares and presents a diverse landscape of cerri (Turkey oaks), frassini (ash trees), robinie (black locusts), and bossi (box trees). This expansive woodland, known for its unspoiled beauty, has been recognized since the 18th century as one of the largest in the Kingdom of Naples.
