To reach Roccamandolfi by public transport, take a bus from Isernia. Buses from Isernia to Roccamandolfi are operated by ATM Azienda di Trasporti Molisana S.p.A. and depart three times a day, Monday to Saturday. The journey takes approximately 35 minutes and costs between €1 and €3. From the Roccamandolfi bus stop, walk towards the highest part of the town near the castle ruins, following signs for the Tibetan Bridge.
