Walking
Starting from the main square, Piazza Grande, head southeast towards Via Ricci. Continue straight on Via Ricci until it merges into Via dell'Opio nel Corso. Walk for about 500 meters, and you will come to the intersection with Via San Bartolomeo. Turn right onto Via San Bartolomeo and proceed for approximately 200 meters until you reach Piazza Santa Agnese. The Parrocchia di Sant'Agnese Convento Santuario will be on your left, situated at P.za Santa Agnese, 53045 Montepulciano SI.

Walking
If you are at the Montepulciano train station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Via Don Minzoni. Walk up the hill for about 1.2 kilometers, following the signs towards the town center. As you approach the town, continue straight onto Via San Giovanni. Once you reach Piazza Grande, follow the previous directions from Piazza Grande to Piazza Santa Agnese.

From the Palazzo Comunale, exit and turn left onto Via di Gracciano nel Corso. Walk straight until you reach the end of the street, about 300 meters. You will arrive at Piazza Santa Agnese. The Parrocchia di Sant'Agnese Convento Santuario will be located at the far side of the square.
