Walking
Start from the main square of Montepulciano, Piazza Grande. From the Piazza, head southwest towards Via del Teatro. Continue along Via del Teatro until you reach a fork; take the left path onto Via delle Cantine. Follow this road as it winds down the hill. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the intersection with Via di San Biagio. Turn right onto Via di San Biagio and continue walking straight for approximately 15 minutes. The Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Biagio will be on your left at Via di S. Biagio, 20.

Begin your journey at the Montepulciano train station. Exit the station and head towards the town center, following signs for Montepulciano. Once you reach the main road, keep walking uphill until you arrive at Piazza Grande. From there, follow the previous walking instructions: head southwest towards Via del Teatro, then left onto Via delle Cantine, and finally right onto Via di San Biagio. This route takes about 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace, and you can stop at local cafes along the way.
