    Curva Luco is a significant left-hand turn at the Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello, a racetrack owned by Ferrari since 1988. Situated in the heart of Tuscany, near Florence, the Mugello Circuit is renowned for its blend of high-speed corners, blind crests, and elevation changes. Luco is the second of fifteen turns on the 5.245 km (3.259 mi) circuit. The corner is named after the nearby village of Luco. As the first in a series of bends, Curva Luco requires drivers to maintain a high apex speed and a perfect racing line. Successfully navigating this curve is essential for setting up a fast lap time. The corner is followed by Poggio Secco and Materassi, forming a challenging complex that demands precision and skill. The Mugello Circuit has a rich history dating back to 1914 when it was a 66.2-kilometer road course. The permanent Mugello Circuit was built in 1973 and opened in 1974. Since 1994, the circuit has been a permanent fixture on the MotoGP calendar, hosting the Italian Motorcycle Grand Prix. In 2020, the circuit hosted its first Formula One race, the Tuscan Grand Prix, which was also Ferrari's 1000th Grand Prix.
