From the historic center, find the nearest bus stop that services lines R3 or C63. Board the bus and get off at the stop 'San Carlo - Teatro'. From there, walk towards Via San Carlo, then take a right onto Via Toledo. Galleria Umberto I will be a short walk ahead on your right.

If you are already in the historic center of Naples, head towards Via San Carlo, following the signs to Teatro di San Carlo. After reaching the theater, turn right onto Via Toledo and continue walking for about 5-10 minutes. Galleria Umberto I will be on your right side, just before you reach Piazza dei Martiri.
