Walking
If you are starting from the Naples central train station (Stazione Centrale), exit the station and head towards Corso Umberto I. Walk along Corso Umberto I for about 400 meters until you reach Piazza Garibaldi. At this square, you'll find signs for the Metro. Take Line 2 (the green line) towards Pozzuoli and get off at the next stop, Piazza Cavour. From Piazza Cavour, exit the metro station and walk towards Via Foria. Turn left onto Via Foria and then take the first right onto Via Santa Teresa degli Scalzi. Continue straight until you reach Via del Grande Archivio. Turn left onto Via del Grande Archivio and continue until you see the entrance to Galleria Borbonica at Vico del Grottone, 4 on your right.

If you are near the historic center, such as Piazza del Plebiscito, walk towards the nearest metro station, which is Municipio. Take Line 1 (the yellow line) towards Garibaldi. Get off at the next stop, Dante. After exiting the station, walk towards Via Toledo and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via del Grottone. Turn left onto Vico del Grottone, where you will find Galleria Borbonica at number 4.

From the area around the Castel Nuovo (Maschio Angioino), look for bus stops that serve routes 151 or 130. Take either of these buses towards Via Santa Teresa. Get off at the stop named Vico del Grottone. From there, walk a short distance towards Vico del Grottone, and you will find Galleria Borbonica at number 4.
