Guida competente e simpatica, tour dettagliato senza mai risultare noioso. Ottimo modo per scoprire curiosità e aneddoti storici, comprendendo meglio quello che si vede intorno a sé e le origini di molte tradizioni. Nota negativa: solo successivamente alla prenotazione siamo stati informati della non accessibilità del chiostro di Santa Chiara in un giorno festivo. Sarebbe meglio non proporre neppure questa variante, immaginando che i tour operator conoscano in anticipo le date di chiusura.
