Day trip by ferry to Amalfi/Positano

The actual tour was great- Giusi was our guide and she was so sweet and kept everyone I formed and provided great recommendations at each stop. There was a mix up w the pickup, and we had a chaotic start of day- my app, and multiple emails showed one pickup point- which we arrived at the designated time for but the company had sent an email the day before changing the pickup spot. I did not get a message or notification in the app about the change and I even had another email the same day as change was sent confirming the original pick up spot. A few frantic phone calls and a rushed additional taxi ride and short run to the new meeting spot later- we met up in the correct place and made it to the tour. Nothing to do w Giusi, she was so patient and waited for us and the tour was smooth after that. I would just suggest calling, or pushing the notification in the app or by text msg as well, as emails may not always be checked regularly on holiday, especially when an email was already received same day confirming the original(wrong) pick up.
