If you are starting from the Orvieto Cathedral, head southeast on Piazza del Duomo toward Via del Duomo. Continue straight onto Via di Tordimonte, which will lead you out of the main tourist area. After about 600 meters, you will reach the intersection with Viale della Repubblica. Turn right onto Viale della Repubblica and continue until you reach Viale Consolazione. The Church of Saint Mary of Consolation will be on your left. It is approximately a 15-minute walk.

From the Funicular Station, exit and head south on Via della Libertà. Continue straight onto Via del Duomo and then turn left onto Via di Tordimonte. After about 600 meters, turn right onto Viale della Repubblica. Walk straight until you reach Viale Consolazione, where you will find the Church of Saint Mary of Consolation on your left. This route takes around 20 minutes.
