From the Duomo di Orvieto, head down Via del Duomo towards Piazza della Repubblica. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via del Popolo. Turn left onto Via del Popolo and walk until you reach the end of the street. At the end of Via del Popolo, you'll find the entrance to the Funicolare di Orvieto. Take the funicular down to the base of the hill. Once you exit the funicular, follow signs for the bus station. From the bus station, take a bus towards Viterbo. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at Viterbo. Once in Viterbo, follow signs to Piazza del Gesù, which is located in the city center.
