The most convenient way to reach Terme San Filippo is by car. From Siena, take the SS2 south, then turn onto SP61 following signs for Bagni San Filippo. Via Fosso Bianco is a one-way street leading to the trailhead. Paid parking (marked with blue lines) is available on Via Fosso Bianco for €1.50 per hour. Free parking (marked with white lines) is located further down the road, but involves a longer walk. Be aware that parking fills up quickly in summer. From the parking area, follow the Sentiero Fosso Bianco trail to the springs.

While possible, reaching Bagni San Filippo via public transport can be challenging. Take a bus to the nearby towns of San Quirico d'Orcia or Castiglione d'Orcia. From there, you would need to rely on local taxi services or arrange for a private transfer to Bagni San Filippo, adding to the overall cost. A taxi from San Quirico d'Orcia would cost approximately €30-€40.

Once you've parked on Via Fosso Bianco, the final approach is on foot. Follow the 'Sentiero Fosso Bianco' trail. The path is well-marked and leads directly to the hot springs. The walk is roughly 15 minutes. The path can be steep and muddy in places, so wear appropriate footwear. After crossing a small wooden bridge, you'll soon see the first pools.
