Walking
If you are starting from the historic center of Parma, make your way to Piazza Garibaldi, which is the main square. From there, head south on Via Garibaldi until you reach the intersection with Via Cavour. Turn left onto Via Cavour and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Farini. Turn right onto Via Farini and follow it until you reach Viale Toschi. The Monumento alla Vittoria will be on your left at Viale Toschi.
Public Transport - Bus
From the main train station (Stazione di Parma), you can take bus number 1 or 2 towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Viale Toschi'. After exiting the bus, walk a short distance along Viale Toschi towards the east, and you will find the Monumento alla Vittoria on your left.
Cycling
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in the city. Start from Piazza Garibaldi and head south on Via Garibaldi. Continue on Via Cavour and then turn right onto Via Farini. Follow this road until you reach Viale Toschi, where you will find the Monumento alla Vittoria on your left.
