Turn right onto Via Farini and follow it until you reach Viale Toschi. The Monumento alla Vittoria will be on your left at Viale Toschi.

From the main train station (Stazione di Parma), you can take bus number 1 or 2 towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Viale Toschi'. After exiting the bus, walk a short distance along Viale Toschi towards the east, and you will find the Monumento alla Vittoria on your left.
