    From the main train station (Stazione di Parma), you can take bus number 1 or 2 towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Viale Toschi'. After exiting the bus, walk a short distance along Viale Toschi towards the east, and you will find the Monumento alla Vittoria on your left.
