Starting from Piazza IV Novembre, head east on Corso Vannucci. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Sant'Ercolano. Take a left onto Via Sant'Ercolano. Continue walking for about 200 meters, and you will see Arco di Sant'Ercolano on your left. The arch is easily recognizable and is a beautiful landmark.
