The walk should take about 15-20 minutes.

If you're near the Pisa Centrale train station, you can take bus number 2 towards 'Cisanello' and get off at the 'Cittadella' stop. From there, walk south on Via Cittadella, then turn left onto Via Garibaldi. Continue walking until you reach Borgo Stretto, which will be on your left. The total travel time including the bus ride is approximately 20-30 minutes.
