Walking
From the main square in Lucca, Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, head east towards Via Fillungo. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Santa Croce. Turn left onto Via Santa Croce and walk until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn right onto Via delle Conce. Continue straight until you reach the city walls, and follow the wall path around to the east side of the city. Once you reach Porta San Zeno, exit the city walls and continue straight until you reach the train station, Stazione di Lucca. From there, take a train towards Pisa. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Pisa Centrale, transfer to the Pisa Mover shuttle service to reach the airport or take a local bus towards the city center. Disembark at the stop for Piazza Manin. From there, walk north along Via Giuseppe Giusti for about 10 minutes until you reach Casa Ammannati at Via Giuseppe Giusti, 24.

Start at the Lucca train station (Stazione di Lucca). Purchase a ticket for Pisa Centrale, which is a direct line. The train journey will take around 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Pisa Centrale, you can either take a local bus (lines 1 or 4) heading towards the city center or a taxi. If you choose the bus, get off at Piazza Manin, which is a short walk from Casa Ammannati. From Piazza Manin, head north along Via Giuseppe Giusti for about 10 minutes until you reach your destination at Via Giuseppe Giusti, 24.
