If you are in central Positano, start by walking towards the main road (SS163). Head down the steps towards the beach area until you reach the bus stop near the beach. From there, catch the Sita bus towards Sorrento. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Pompei Scavi bus stop, follow the signs to the archaeological site entrance, which is about a 10-minute walk. The Lupanare di Pompei is located at Via Villa dei Misteri, 2, within the archaeological site.

From Positano, walk to the nearest Sita bus stop located along the main road (SS163). Take the Sita bus towards Sorrento. The buses run frequently, so you shouldn't wait long. Take a ferry from Positano to Sorrento. The ferry terminal is located near the main beach. Once you arrive in Sorrento, walk to the train station (Circumvesuviana) which is about a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. Board a train towards Naples and get off at the Pompei Scavi station. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to the entrance of the archaeological site. The Lupanare di Pompei is located at Via Villa dei Misteri, 2, within the site.
