Getting There

Walking
From the central area of Positano, locate the main pedestrian walkway that leads down towards the beach. Continue walking toward the Spiaggia Grande (the main beach). Once at the beach, you will find the ferry terminal. Here, catch a ferry to Salerno. The ferry ride will take you along the stunning Amalfi Coast. After arriving in Salerno, you can either take a local train or a bus to Eboli. If you choose the train, head to the Salerno train station, which is a short walk from the ferry terminal. Take a train towards Napoli Centrale and get off at Eboli. The museum is within walking distance from the Eboli train station.

Bus
From Positano, walk to the nearest bus stop located near the main square. Look for the SITA bus that heads towards Salerno. The bus ride will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, offering beautiful views along the coastal road. Once you arrive at the Salerno bus station, you can take a local train or another bus to Eboli. If you take the train, head to the Salerno train station which is nearby, and take the train towards Napoli Centrale, getting off at Eboli. The museum is a short walk from the train station.
