Walking
From the center of Positano, head to the main road (SS163) and follow the signs for Sorrento. You will find a bus stop near the Positano Church. Take the SITA bus to Naples, which will take around 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Naples bus terminal (Piazza Garibaldi), exit the terminal and follow the signs for the Metro Line 1. Take the Metro towards Piscinola and get off at the Università station. From there, walk towards Via Mezzocannone, then take a left onto Via Duomo. Continue straight until you reach Piazza San Gaetano, where Underground Naples is located at number 69.

Ferry and Walking
Start at the Positano ferry terminal. Take a ferry to Naples, which offers a scenic route along the coast. This journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Naples ferry terminal (Molo Beverello), exit and head towards Via Acton. Walk to the Metro Line 1 at the Università station. Take the train one stop to Garibaldi and transfer to Metro Line 2 towards Cavour. Get off at Cavour station, and then walk straight to Via Duomo. You will find Piazza San Gaetano on your left, with Underground Naples at number 69.
