From the Termini station, you can catch bus number 75 or 81. Alight at the stop called 'Colosseo.' From the bus stop, walk towards the Colosseum, and then turn left onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Continue walking until you reach Via della Domus Aurea, and the Baths of Trajan will be at number 1.
