Walk towards the Colosseum and take Via di San Giovanni in Laterano, which leads you towards the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano. Continue straight until you reach Via della Domus Aurea. The Baths of Trajan will be on your left at Via della Domus Aurea, 1.

If you prefer to travel by bus, find a bus stop that services routes 81, 87, or 175. Board the bus and make sure the route is heading towards 'Piazza Venezia' or 'Termini'. Disembark at the stop 'Colosseo'. From there, walk towards the Colosseum, then take Via di San Giovanni in Laterano straight to Via della Domus Aurea. The Baths of Trajan will be located at Via della Domus Aurea, 1, which is just a short walk from the Colosseum.
