If you are in the Trastevere area, start by heading towards Piazza Trilussa. From Piazza Trilussa, cross the Tiber River using the Ponte Sisto bridge. Once you are on the other side, continue straight onto Via della Lungara. Keep walking until you reach Via della Cisterna, and turn left. The Fontana della Botte will be on your right after a short walk.

If you are near the central area of Rome, you can take Bus number 44 from Termini Station. Get off at the stop called 'Piazza San Giovanni della Malva'. From there, walk towards Via della Cisterna, which will take about 10 minutes. You can follow the directions towards Trastevere until you reach the fountain, which will be on your left.

Take the Metro Line A from Termini Station towards Battistini and get off at the Ottaviano stop. From there, exit the station and walk towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking until you reach the Tiber River, and then cross the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Once across, follow Via di Panico until you reach Via della Cisterna. The Fontana della Botte will be on your left.
