From the Spanish Steps, walk down Via del Boccaccio until you reach Piazza Navona. Then, head towards the Tiber River and cross the Ponte Sisto bridge. Once across the river, you will be in Trastevere. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza Trilussa, where the Monumento a Trilussa is located.
