Walking
From the Vatican Museums, exit the main entrance and walk towards the entrance of the Vatican City walls. Continue straight until you reach the main street, Viale Vaticano. Turn right onto Viale Vaticano and walk until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Via di Porta Angelica. Follow the road as it curves and merges into Via di San Giovanni dei Fiorentini. Continue walking straight until you reach the Ponte Garibaldi, which will be visible across the Tiber River.

Public Transport - Bus
From the Vatican Museums, exit and walk to the nearest bus stop located on Viale Vaticano. You can take bus number 81 towards 'P.le Flaminio'. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Cavour'. From there, walk down Via del Teatro di Pompeo until you reach the Tiber River, then continue walking along the riverbank to reach Ponte Garibaldi.

Exit the Vatican Museums and walk to the nearest tram stop on Via della Conciliazione. Take tram number 19 towards 'Lido Centro'. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Cavour'. From there, walk straight down Via del Teatro di Pompeo and follow the riverbank until you reach Ponte Garibaldi.
