Rome Cooking Class: Make Pizza and Pasta with Wine & Dessert

Our best experience in Italy!

Everyone was so welcoming, and it was such a beautiful location and set up wonderfully!! We learned so much and had so much fun at the same time! It was an experience me and my family will never forget!

Private Pizza Making at your door by Maestro Giuseppe

outdoor pizza making

great evening spent learning how to make pizzas. Reviewed how to make the dough, and we each got to create our own pizzas with toppings. Giuseppe explained correct cooking methods and taught everyone how to move the pizza in, around, and out of the wood fire oven. 3 generations enjoyed making pizza and tasting one another's creations. Our 7 and 8 year old boys loved the experienced, and the cooks in the family were happy to learn the secrets of cooking delicious pizza. The tiramisu was an excellent end to the dinner. We enjoyed our evening in an outdoor garden with picnic tables and string lights. It was a short 10 minute ride from the "end of the blue line" in rome. A little far from where we were staying but an enjoyable evening.
