Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Luciano Manara. Turn left onto Via Luciano Manara, and Once in Rome will be at number 43 on your right.

Find the nearest bus stop and take Bus number 23 or 280. If you are near Trastevere, you can catch Bus 8 towards 'Arenula-Cairoli'. Get off at the 'Piazza di Porta Portese' stop. From there, walk north along Via Portuense until you reach the intersection with Via Luciano Manara. Turn right onto Via Luciano Manara and head straight until you reach Once in Rome at number 43.

Cross the bridge at Ponte Sisto, then follow the road until you reach Via Giulia. Turn left onto Via Giulia, then turn right onto Via della Lungara. Continue until you reach the end of the street, where you will turn left onto Via Luciano Manara. Once in Rome will be located at number 43 on your left.
