If you are near the Vatican, you can catch bus number 23 from 'Piazza San Pietro' bus stop. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at 'Piazza della Rovere'. From there, it's a 5-minute walk: head west along 'Via della Lungara' until you reach Palazzo Corsini at number 10.
Tram
From 'Piazza del Popolo', take tram line 2 towards 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore'. Get off at 'Trastevere' station after about 15 minutes. Once there, walk along 'Viale di Trastevere' towards the river, then turn left onto 'Via della Lungara' and continue until you reach Palazzo Corsini at number 10.

Take the Metro Line A from 'Termini' station towards 'Battistini'. Get off at 'Ottaviano' station. Exit the station and take bus number 916 from 'Ottaviano' bus stop. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at 'Piazza della Rovere'. Walk along 'Via della Lungara' for about 5 minutes to reach Palazzo Corsini.
Walking
If you are in the Trastevere area, you can simply walk to Palazzo Corsini. Start from 'Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere' and head east on 'Via della Lungara'. It should take you about 15-20 minutes to walk to the museum. Look out for the historical buildings along the way!
