From there, it's a short walk to Porta Portese. Follow the signs towards 'Porta Portese' and cross the street to reach the market area.

From Trastevere, take tram line 8 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. Get off at 'Piazza Ippolito Nievo'. From there, walk straight along Via Ippolito Nievo until you reach the intersection with Via Portuense. Turn right and continue until you see the entrance to Porta Portese. It’s an easy 10-minute walk.

Take Line B of the Metro from any station towards 'Laurentina' and get off at 'Ostiense' station. Exit the station and walk towards the bus stop located outside. Take bus number 23 or 75, and get off at 'Piazzale Ostiense'. From there, follow the signs to 'Porta Portese', which is a short walk away.

If you are in the Trastevere area, you can walk to Porta Portese. Start from Piazza Trilussa, head east on Via di Ponte Sisto, and cross the river. Continue straight onto Via della Lungaretta, then turn left onto Via Portuense. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach Porta Portese.
