If you are starting from the central area of Rome, such as the Piazza Navona, head southwest towards Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Continue walking along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge, and you will see Castel Sant'Angelo to your right. After crossing, continue straight onto Via della Conciliazione. This wide avenue will lead you directly to St. Peter's Square. Enter the square, and St. Peter's Basilica will be directly ahead. The Baldachin is located inside the Basilica, just below the dome.
