Fabulous fun cooking and eating
We had an fabulous time with Fransisca and Maria. They helped us create a menu the entire family loved and we shopped for fresh produce. We then learned how to prepare the meal with multiple pasta dishes and phenomenal gelato. A highlight of our vacation and highly recommended

Gluten-Free Roman Feast Cooking Class with Chef Christian
Excellent class!!
We had an incredible time in this pasta making class! It was amazing to be able to attend a class for gluten free pasta making in Rome. This was the highlight of our time in Italy. Christian was an excellent host and shared pictures and recipes with us after the class. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to do this course!!
