Continue straight along Via San Giovanni for about 200 meters until you reach the intersection with Via della Madonna. Turn left onto Via della Madonna and follow it as it curves, leading you towards the Porta San Giovanni, the city gate. Upon passing through the gate, you will enter the surrounding countryside. Continue straight along the main road until you see signs for the bus stop for Florence (Firenze).

Once you arrive at the main bus station in Florence, you will need to navigate to the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella.
