From the central Piazza della Cisterna in San Gimignano, head southeast on Via San Giovanni. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Madonna. Turn left onto Via della Madonna, and then take a right onto Via San Martino. Follow this street until you reach the end, where you'll find a small path leading downwards. This will take you to the San Gimignano bus station. From there, take the bus towards Florence, which will take you directly to the city. Once you arrive in Florence, head to the bus stop located at Piazza della Libertà. Walk towards Via Cavour, and then continue straight until you arrive at Piazza della SS. Annunziata, where the church is located.

From San Gimignano, walk to the main bus station located near the historical center. Purchase a ticket for the bus heading to Florence. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Florence, disembark at the bus station, which is usually located near the city center. From the bus station, walk towards Piazza della Libertà and then follow Via Cavour until you reach the intersection with Piazza della SS. Annunziata. The church will be on your left.
