Once you reach the end of Via San Giovanni, turn left onto Via della Madonna. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Via delle Terme. Turn right, and continue until you see the bus stop. You can then catch a bus to Florence, which will take you to your destination.

Continue straight, and you will arrive at Piazza di San Giovanni shortly after.
