Start from the central square of San Gimignano, Piazza della Cisterna. Head northeast towards Via San Giovanni and continue until you reach the intersection with Via Vecchia. Turn left onto Via Vecchia and walk until you reach the end of the street. Here, you'll find a small path that leads to the outskirts of the town. Continue straight on the path, enjoying the scenic views of the countryside. After about 15-20 minutes, you'll arrive at a fork in the road. Take the path on your right leading down to Fiano. Stay on this path until you reach the village of Fiano. Once in Fiano, look for Via Firenze. Ugo Bing is located at Via Firenze, 11. It's a winery, so you'll see signs indicating its presence. The entire walk should take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your pace.
