    From the main square, Piazza della Cisterna, head northeast on Via San Giovanni. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via San Matteo. Turn left onto Via San Matteo and keep walking for about 700 meters. You will pass the Church of San Lorenzo on your right. Continue walking until you reach the end of the street, where you will see a sign for the Cappella di Sant'Andrea. Turn right onto Località Casale, and you will find the Cappella on your left after a short walk.

    From the San Gimignano Tourist Information Center, head east on Via San Giovanni. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Via San Matteo. Turn left onto Via San Matteo and walk straight ahead. After approximately 10 minutes, you will see the sign for Cappella di Sant'Andrea. Turn right onto Località Casale, and the chapel will be on your left.

    If you are near the Porta San Giovanni, exit the city through the gate and follow the road leading out of the town. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a fork in the road. Stay to the right towards Località Casale. Walk for another 500 meters, and you will see the Cappella di Sant'Andrea on your right side, just before you reach the main address.
