From Siena, head to the main bus station (Stazione degli Autobus), located near Piazza Gramsci. Purchase a ticket for the bus to Seggiano. Make sure to check the schedule for the next departure. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you reach Seggiano, you will need to walk to Castello Di Potentino. Exit the bus and head northeast on Via Roma, then turn left onto Via S. Giovanni. Follow the road until you see the signs directing you to Castello Di Potentino, which is about a 30-minute walk from the center of Seggiano.

Take a train from Siena to Grosseto. The train station is located in the city center. Once you arrive in Grosseto, transfer to a local bus heading towards Seggiano. The bus journey will take around 30 minutes. Alight at the Seggiano stop and then follow the walking directions as mentioned above to Castello Di Potentino.
