We will start with a guided visit by the wine connoisseur to the vineyard where we grow our Sangiovese grapes: you will see the vines growing and we will explain the stages of life and how we do the biological treatments. Then we continue towards the cellar of Podere Montale. You will learn about the production process of wines in Tuscany, which dates back over the centuries and you will see the Wine Odeon: a spectacular room where we let our wines in wooden barrels rest for long time. Finally it's time to taste: relax on the panoramic terrace, let yourself be amazed by the magnificent Val d'Orcia, while you taste the typical food of our territory: Tuscan salami, different aged cheeses, Focaccia, the Seggianese Olive Oil and other specialties to pair with the fragrant glasses of Podere Montale red, white and rosé wines!
