Turn left onto Via Roma and follow it until you come to the train station, Stazione di Siena. From there, take a train to Florence. Once you arrive at Santa Maria Novella train station in Florence, exit the station and take the Tramvia T2 towards 'Aeroporto' and get off at the 'Unità' stop. From there, walk towards Via di S.
