Getting There

• Bus

  From Siena, head to the main bus station, 'Autostazione di Siena', which is located near the historic center. You can walk there in about 15 minutes from Piazza del Campo. At the bus station, look for the bus line heading to Castelnuovo Berardenga (usually Line 124). Purchase your ticket at the ticket counter or from an automatic machine. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the stop 'Castelnuovo Berardenga'. From the bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 km to reach Parco Sculture del Chianti. Follow the signs towards SP 9 di Pievasciata. Walk straight until you see the entrance to the park on your right.

• Walking

  If you prefer to enjoy the scenery and walk from Siena, you can take a scenic route. Start from Piazza del Campo and head towards Via Banchi di Sopra, then continue on Via di Città until you reach the outskirts of the city. You’ll follow signs leading to the countryside. This route is approximately 15 km and may take about 3-4 hours, depending on your pace. Be sure to bring water and wear comfortable walking shoes.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  For a more convenient option, you can take a taxi or use a rideshare app. Simply request a ride to 'Parco Sculture del Chianti, SP 9 di Pievasciata, 48, Castelnuovo Berardenga'. The journey will take about 25-30 minutes, and the cost may vary depending on the time of day and traffic. This is the quickest way to reach the park without a car.
